In today’s market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Read the following sections to find out more about how we exchange products, whether we provide shipping services, or about how we secure your personal data. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders ship: 

Economy Shipping: 1-7 business days after an order is placed.

The above are processing times as sometimes we make candles to order and do not account for the time the package is in transit. Priority Mail is typically delivered within 1-3 business days while USPS First class usually takes 2-5 business days.  You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our boutique. Please let us know if you'd like your order expedited and we will try our best to do so!

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

At Adashofluxe, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Adashofluxe within 7 days of delivery.

You may also exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.

In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at info@adashofluxe.com for further details.
